Jewel of the Swamp, White IPA

We made an almost forgotten style of ipa, White IPA, to pay tribute to one of the coolest creatures on earth, the albino alligator, also known here as the Jewel of the Swamp. Riwaka, Galaxy, and Citra play beautifully with coriander seed and a Belgian White yeast. A soft mouthfeel from wheat and oats complement big notes of lime zest, passion fruit, and citrus.
