Left On Red, Red IPA, 6.5%
This beer combines old school hops and new hop products for a modern take on a beloved OG craft style. Brewers Gold, Cascade, Centennial Dynaboost, and Salvo Plus on the hot side join with Mosaic pellets and Centennial Lupomax in the dry hop for notes of pine, citrus, and berry. The beer has a rich maltiness from German, Engish, and American caramel malts, all used quite judiciously to create a still easy drinking and dry IPA.
