 We are so freaking excited to release this collab beer with our sincere homies @brieuxcarre ! When Care Forgot was getting started, Charles at Brieux helped me immensely. He was there for my first brew day, and he picked up the phone every single time I had a question, morning, noon, and night. There were many questions :) 

Dats my podnuh and finally we made a collab beer together! 

This rye pils is a crusher and it’s packed with hop flavor and aroma. Featuring Mandarina Bavaria, Strata, and Krush incognito, I get huge kiwi notes followed by a grassy/herbal flavor and some citrus zest. The slightly spicy rye character plays nicely in the background with a clean Swiss lager yeast fermentation.
