Branch Climber, Dark Mild with Native Yeast

This beer is the ultimately quaffable malty boy with quite the story! Six months in the making, our brewer Tyler isolated a native yeast strain from oak leaves and pine needles in New Orleans. When we discovered that the native yeast had a distinct English yeast flavor profile, we decided to brew up one of our favorite styles, Dark Mild.
