Our favorite style that we don't brew enough: hoppy Pilsner beer! This beer uses strisselspalt and strata hops on the hot side plus a big dry hop of the Ales for ALS 2025 hop blend! Notes of tangerine, lychee, and green tea-like sharp bitterness make this a complex, light drinker that spans Pilsner and IPA lovers alike.
We in NOLA all know that we go to the dome or watch the saints for our weekly therapy. There was no greater downtown catharsis than the Steve Gleason blocked punt. The first game back in the dome after the storm. Of course, we had to give a nod to this great moment in who dat history for this ALS benefit beer. kudos to @teamgleason and all the work they've done for the cause. Ales for ALS has donated millions through craft beer over the years, and we are absolutely stoked to do our small part and give $1 per pint to them for research.
