Guilded Splinter, American IPA, 6.5%
A unique combo of Nelso, Enigma, and Idaho 7 plays nicely together, creating some fruity funk, overripe passion fruit, floral white tea, and white wine grape, all backed by a sweet, crackers malt flavor. One of our brewery regulars suggested this hop combo and I'm so glad he did. I love it! Come try it.
