Strawberry Queen,  Strawberry Farmhouse IPA

The sweetest and ripest strawberries come from Ponchatoula, LA, everybody knows. For this beer we added 60lbs of Ponchatoula strawberries from John Dales Farm along with hops Belma, Strata, and Barbe Rouge, known for giving a strawberry-like flavor. A not-so-widely-used Lithuanian farmhouse yeast gives depth of character to this incredibly different IPA that is both hazy and dry.

This is a unique beer. The kind you can only find at a Louisiana born and bred craft brewery. Your inner strawberry-loving child wants this!
