The Teeth of Summer, West Coast Pils

Oh lord it's hot. Lucky we have cold cold beer as a remedy. A crisp, bitter, and refreshing hoppy lager. While insanely tropical, this beer is a slightly fuller version of previous west coast pils we've made, and uses a German pale ale malt. Almost an ipa drinker for you hop heads. Notes of apricot, tangerine, and guava will show you the tropical way to the AC, ushered by citra, liberty, el dorado, and azacca hops.

Ready or not here it comes: the teeth of summer. Tip your bartenders! It's hard out there.
